What is The Circle and The Collector Circle?
The Circle is an exclusive membership designed for fashion lovers seeking priority access and a seamless shopping experience on ReSee. The Collector Circle is our ultimate tier, offering all Circle benefits plus elevated privileges such as item reservations, private sales, invitations to VIP events, and extended return options on selected archival pieces.
What are the membership tiers and pricing?
We offer flexible monthly or annual plans (annual subscriptions include one complimentary month):
- The Circle: €32 / month or €352 / year.
- The Collector Circle: €54 / month or €594 / year.
Membership fees renew automatically. Any future price evolution will be communicated in advance and will never impact an active billing period.

What does 24-Hour Early Access mean?
Members get exclusive access to browse and purchase selected new arrivals 24 hours before they are released to the public. Because all pieces on ReSee are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage or archival items sold on a first-come, first-served basis, early access maximizes your chances of securing rare finds.
What is Priority Shipping?
Orders placed by The Circle and The Collector Circle members are moved to the front of our preparation and dispatch queue. While transit times depend on the carrier (DHL/UPS/Fedex), your order is prioritized for immediate handling.
How does the 24-Hour Item Reservation work? (The Collector Circle Only)
The Collector Circle members can place eligible pieces on hold for up to 24 hours directly from the product page:
- Quota: Up to 2 item reservations per month.
- Eligibility: Applies to general catalog items (items currently in 24-hour early access cannot be reserved).
- Hold Period: The item is temporarily hidden from other buyers. If not purchased within 24 hours, it is automatically released back to the catalog.
What return benefits do The Collector Circle members receive?
The Collector Circle members unlock reduced flat return fees and extended return eligibility on selected pieces—including certain size-sensitive or rare items that would normally be Final Sale, subject to standard condition verification.
What are Private Sales and VIP Masterclasses? (The Collector Circle Only)
- Private Sales: Limited-time private events featuring curated discounts on rare collector pieces that are rarely, if ever, discounted publicly.
- Events & Masterclasses: Invitations to private talks, fashion history masterclasses, and curated events hosted by ReSee (subject to capacity and location).
How does billing, cancellation, and refund work?
- Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your membership anytime via your account settings. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. If cancelled within 14 days after utilizing membership perks, any refund may be adjusted proportionally.
